Hudson councillor Lionel (“Tim”) Snow died suddenly on Friday, Nov. 23, He was 66.
Well-known in Hudson as a real-estate agent and businessman, Snow had been councillor of District Three (Hudson Centre) for three years.
Hudson’s Mayor Michael Elliott extended his deep sympathies to the Snow family and said the town will miss the councillor.
“We were so shocked to hear the news that Tim had died,” said Elliott.
“We will really miss him. He had lots of ideas and energy, and was a real pleasure to work with. Our hearts go out to his wife and family.”
Snow played a role in several portfolios, including Hudson’s newly formed business group, and was central to the town’s involvement in the founding of its now annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
A funeral will be held at St. Thomas of Aquinas Church in Hudson on Thursday, Nov. 29, at 11 a.m.
