Sûreté du Québec officers seized 300 marijuana plants and about 200 pills, suspected to be Viagra and methamphetamines, at a home on Perrot Blvd. in Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot on Thursday, Jan. 31.

The officers also took powder believed to be cocaine or other illegal drugs, about $35,000 in cash and a firearm.

A 37-year-old man and a 54-year-old woman were arrested and charged with producing cannabis, possession with intent to traffic, and possession of other illegal drugs with intent to traffic.

They were also charged with violating parole conditions, and possession and improper storage of an unauthorized weapon.
