Motorized vehicles and their contents were the target of thieves in the Off-Island area this week.

In Île-Perrot, several cars had their windows smashed and objects stolen on 1st and 2nd Avenues overnight on Wednesday, Feb 12.

Then last Friday night, there were seven reports of theft in cars parked on Pasteur, Parmentier and Ponsard Sts. in Vaudreuil-Dorion. GPS devices, electronics, compact discs and eyeglasses were the common items taken. That same night, a blue 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser was stolen from a driveway on Des Loisirs St.

Then on Sunday, a 1995 yellow-and-black Ski Doo snowmobile was stolen from a home on Amity Lane in Hudson.
